consider a radical and not so radical version.
Maybe a less radicel "Klein Bolling works" or somesuch, no less likely than a black hole, but certainly less potent, Klien Bottles, that is.

The way I play, I don't mind reality-bending once in a while, and most wate pumps are unrealistically restrictive.
a 3x version of what it's supposed to be would be ideal.
