Actually there's no reason NOT to do this, Diggis has already made the hard work! Here's a list: https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/fr_main.html Just download all the zips, unzip, install, filter out anything but the .dat-files, zip it, upload! Maybe I'll do it once, the main problem is permission from the creators.
