I love the new series. I liked all three so far, but the most recent episode of this series on Saturday was really good, and I really want to know what ingenious invention on the spot the Doctor will use to get out of it. Never been a fan of that Torchwood though...

Originally posted by: Krio quote> Best Picture in a CJ EVER!!! It's so perfect. The square, the mishaped building. Then the use of diagonal buildings is impeccable, and my favourite feature is that street with the parade walk thing down the middle that branches off, and the buildings that lead onto that are so perfect! This is fantastic, Krio! Excellent excellent work!

Great work! I love the layout of this CBD, especially the night views, the towers harmonise so well! And I'm seeing some old towers that I completely forgot about! Edited: Response to archived post. ~zel~

It's worse when you get in to bed, ready for a good night's sleep and then suddenly a song comes into your head and keeps you awake!!! Causes absolute carnage in my head! -

Nah, Krio just had an odd sense of humour, I don't think he ever intetnionally meant to diss anyone's CJ in a nasty way. -

Krio is a great guy, and if you guys mock him and bash him then that is completely unacceptable, and you would deserve to be banned for proper reasons. -
SimWings BAT Projects Thread
The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz posted a topic in SC4 BAT & Lot Workshop
I'm very proud to be the first to announce the flight specialist BAT group, SimWings! SimWings is just like any other BAT group, we create BATs for the users of SimCity, however we intend to make solely airport BATs, a group of custom content that the community has expressed a want for. Our three founding members are: Scipio, The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz, Xiziz. Our new, additional members are: ToxicPiano, FedexFlyer. We will be posting our projects here, but we may continue to use our personal threads. We hope you will enjoy productions from SW in the future! Thanks! -
Yeah, a lot of people have said that they don't believe in ghosts. I don't THINK I do, but you know that feeling when you turn all the lights off... The hairs on the back of your neck stand up, you want to walk faster but you know there's nothing there, you want to pull the covers up when you hear something outside, you swear you can hear voices but the house is empty, you see something move in the garden in the dark, did you? It's something everyone feels, and there is no rational explanation for it, it's just some deep psychological feeling instilled in you since childhood when you read cartoony books about ghosts and saw Halloween editions of kids TV shows. I don't believe in ghosts, I don't think so. But when I turn all the lights off downstairs I want to run. When I turn all the lights off in my room and want to get into my bed as quickly as possible. And I certainly would never dream of going into the attic at night...

I think I believe in ghosts, I don't know though. It seems possible that someone could leave behind an "energy residue" that causes people to see a "ghosty" looking figure. Ah, I really don't know, but I do know about weird stuff happening in my house. Not this hosue, this is a new house, but I used to live in a house that was relatively new but built on the site of a big farm-house/orchard house kind of thing. It was a nice big house, but there was deffinently something up with my bedroom. Me and my brother shared, and he sleeps like a log, but unless I'm very tired I take a long time to go to sleep, so I would lie with my brother snoring away in the bed next to me, and it would suddenly get very cold. I never saw anything or heard anything, but even in the summer, my room would randomly get very very cold. One minute I could have pulled the covers off because it was summer and it was so warm, and the next I would pull them up around my neck because I was freezing! I don't know what I think it was, but my mum has also said she felt this in my room sometimes...

Political Correctness is an obsession of the governments of the western world. Over-zealous committees see everything as potentially offensive, despite the unsurprisingly low or non existant complaints they receiv on the matter. Many say it has gone too far, while others say it has not gone far enough. Some key examples from the United Kingdom are: -Christmas to be referred to as "Winterval" in Birmingham as it may be considered offensive to non-christians -"Ba Ba Black Sheep" is to be sung as "Ba Ba Rainbow Sheep" -Paintings of scantily clad women that have adorned RAF aircraft since WWII are to be removed as they may offend RAF Servicewomen -The word "Black" being banned from council e-mails after an e-mail sent from a man to his colleague concerning the movie, "Black Hawk Down" was blocked -China pigs, and anything with images of pigs on it (inc. Piglet from Whinnie the Pooh) are to be banned from Council work places as they offend certain religions -Mini christmas trees to be removed from council workplaces for the same reason as the first example I personally think the whole PC thing is ridiculous, and people are too afraid of offending other people and being sued, so they enforce stupid rules, but in reality, these offend the people they are trying to "protect". I'd like to get some differing views on this argument, please discuss civilly!

How to make your voice heard
The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz posted a topic in City-Building Games
No doubt everyone here will want to take some form of action to get the SimCity game that we want. But remember a few things first: 1) Civil! Has to be civil, give no hint of vulgarity towards EA or TM and they would have no reason not to listen to you. 2) Numbers! We need a lot of e-mails/e-signatures etc. for any relevant action to be taken, now surely we can all do this as a site of 170,000, but maybe try to organise a mass sending of e-mails amongst your friends. 3) Formal Tone! When you are sending an e-mail or posting on their boards it would be best to keep the language formal to show what an intelligent bunch us SimCity 4 fans are. 4) Don't go OTT! Don't go Over the Top, if your e-mail or post is too long and wordy then I doubt the high-up people in EA or TM will take the time to read the entire thing, especially when faced with a mass number of these! Keep it short, sweet, and get your point across. Anything more than 10-12 lines is overkill. 5) Repitition! Make sure you are making the same point as others! It sounds basic, but someone might interpret somethng differently to others. It's no good one person arguing for one thing, and another arguing for something contrary. Not only does that create a conflict in the group, but our targets don't know what to listen to and may disregard our campaign - not what we want. Some of these things may sound basic, you'd be surprised how easy it is to be uncivil, lose your formal tone, type too much and make different points from everyone else. Remember, we have power, we can use it! One last thing, everyone try to convert the people who tell you "Yeah but it's a huge company, what difference is it going to make?" We need every support we can get. No go out in your masses and send civil, formal, breif e-mails all making the same point in your masses! -

The Presence Of Being - a MrC CJ - The End
The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz replied to MrCinatit's topic in SC4 City Journals
This settlement reminds me of The Village, which was an awesome film which also featured weird "creatures" in the woods. Looking forward to more, and by the way, does the title play a significant role in the story, is it just a cool sounding name? -
Desert Island
The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz replied to GingerBlokey's topic in General Off-Topic
1) A volleyball called Wilson 2) A black cloud monster 3) A series of strange undergound complexes 4) A sonic fence 5) A collection of strange people Oh wait, thats Castaway and Lost... Seriosuly now: 1) An SAS style survival manual (I know how to survive on a mountain, in highlands and in a forest, but not a desert island!) 2) Something to play my music on 3) A torch and spare batteries (for night time and rescue attempts) 4) Something to read and occupy my time 5) Something inanimate or a mirror with which to converse so as not to lose my marbles Lol, homeandaway, I love my cats too, but I would never wish them to be in a situation on a desert island just because I was there, thats rather selfish if you ask me! -

What Do you do to help prevent global warming ?
The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz replied to tankmank's topic in General Off-Topic
We recycle glass and have one or two energy saving lightbulbs around the house. But since no one in my family passionately believes in the human causes of Global Warming we don't do that much. But that's for another thread. -

Creationism vs. Evolution
The boy formerly known as Evil Muzz replied to schm0's topic in Current Events
LOL, that video raises some interesting points, but all it shows is that Bannana's are a good fruit for human's to eat. For example, seabirds that have to dive for their food can move their wings so that they become like a dart and can enter the water easily and travel further, does this mean fish were invented by God for birds, no it just means that evolution has made it easier for the birds to get their food, just as evolution has made it easier for human's to have a nutritious meal. And all this about it being conveniently shaped etc. is just nonsense. By the way he was talking, I don't think that guy believed any of it either. -
Seeing myself in the future would be cool, and if I didn't like what I saw I could always change it (like in Click). But as for another person I would like to meet the person who invented language and speak to him/her (assuming he/she spoke English ) about how he/she managed to teach speechless people how to communicate with one another, and what gave him/her the idea the idea to do so. It has always plagued my mind...
