    I dont know about this. It seems like a cheat almost 10000000000..... for 0$ a month. I could see it for starts on the game like if they dont know how to start a good buget. Anyway Powerplants make city more realistic. You dont just do to downtown and a tiny plaza making trillions of mega watts of Electricity.
