How about a "best park"-challenge, where you must build a park using custom content? Whether the park is really big (like central park in NY) or just small, is completely up to the contestants.
Park must include (but is not limited to) the following:
- Paths (of course)
- Some sort(s) of waterbodies (perhaps connected to other waterbodies in the city, e.g. canals)
- At least one restaurant/pavilion
- Some sort of monument/statue
- And of course greenery (trees, bushes, grass)
I think this would make a great challenge, since one can make creating parks as hard or easy as one would like it to be.
