    On what planet is an escort service NOT prostitution? How does having a brothel/escort agency increase Res. desirability when in the real world it lowers it considerably? Commercial desirability I can understand - stick it next to the Convention Centre.

    I haven't made any lots either so I guess that precludes me from asking the same question about traffic volumes. Still, it needs answering - perhaps someone who has made something will be willing to ask on everyone else's behalf.

    Is the ghost of PEG going to haunt these downloads forever? You asked if you should re-post the stream kit - please do. Otherwise a good variation for our power supply although it could look a little better - a small dam for a turbine or a waterwheel might look good. 9/10

    Having left NZ 20 years ago I never got to see the Skytower but that doesn't stop me from wanting it to put in my Auckland city. I have fond memories of the Ferry Terminal - having spent my childhood in Devonport I would often sneak onto the ferry for a round trip (since you only had to pay the fare at the city end free cruising came easily). So, while it doesn't necessarily have to be a Landmark, I'd love to see a functioning Ferry Building in the game.
