Thanks, I forgot I had turned down the settings a while ago, I forgot all about them.

When I play Simcity 4 I can't see the traffic unless I am zoomed in all the way, is there a way to fix this? It has not always bee like this.

So I deleted the entire area, dezoned, filled the area with trees, and let it run for 5 years it helped a little but once I zoned it again it went down again. The only radiation I have is the disease research and advanced research center. I do have a clean air cheat lot. I have fire stations and police stations in the area affected, and I put in a hospital and schools in th area but it just affected area where the building was put.

The desirability is also low in the same area except for commercial but even that it a little low.

I have this one area in my city that has very low land value. I've tried putting stuff in to increase the value(parks, plaza's, and planting trees). The area has low water pollution and low air pollution low crime and low fire protection. I've thought maybe it was something I put that that is making th value go down so I deleted all buildings that I put in, but it didn't change. I even went so far as to dezone the area and remove the roads and planted trees, this did help but once I zoned it again it went down again. Any thought of what is wrong or is it just a bug in my city?
