I tried this lot in my city of 200,000+ people and it is indestructible. Literally. Won't bulldoze, burn, or eradicate via any other natural disasters.
The appearance of the building reminds me of a *conservatory*, such as one would find at a botanical garden. It's very nice, and I'll download it for that purpose.
