  1. Sim City 4 Deluxe problems with VISTA

    I recently purchased a new system and cannot update to EP1 update1, it says it completed the update but never goes beyond 0%. Whenever, I go back to the update it says "We have detected version 1.1.610.0 on your computer"; my system configuration is (I am logged in as administrator): System mfr/model: Gateway GT5694 Processor: AMD Phenom X4 (Quad-core) 1.8 GHz Bus speed: 3200 MHz Installed memory: 4 GB Installed video: ATI Radeon HD 3200 w/256 MB Operating system: Windows Vista (64-bit) System security suite: Norton 360 Does anyone know what I should do to remedy this?
