It all depends on how you build. i tend to build industry on the outside but residential and commercial is mixed. make sure that you have adequate supply of water, a good garbage disposal system, a good police and fire coverage, and a must for commercial... Plazas and lots of them. a high eq rating will help as well hoped this helped
