I love it, fits in perfectly between my high tech industrial park and my skyscraper district. I've also used this in another city and renamed it "<whatev> corporation R&D building" or something. I pretend they manufacture prototype runs of various products and have offices there.
I get offended by people who cry over every little thing. Nobody, of course, will cater to my needs nor should they have to. As for the main subject, I like it. First one I've downloaded and I'm going to give it a solid ten.
