SC4TerraFormer only and only works with WinXPquote> I'll answer the questions as best I can as I'm not a technical guy and rely on others to explain those things better than I can, plus the fact I know nothing about Macs. 1. Yes, though th image itself is not grayscale. 2. Ok, SC4 only renders 8-bit grayscale if rendered using the game to render and this goes for both PCs and Macs [this is using the ctrl-alt-shift-r method]. 3. SC4TF & Mapper are the only ways that can import 16-bit grayscales into the game that are available for download tha I know of. 4. No, that's just the SC4TF image and not the greyscale image. PS: SC4TF & Mapper both work with XP, Vista and Windows7, it's just with Vista & W7 you need to do a couple of things differently. I can't tell you what those things are because I'm using XP and have no plans to switch to W7. quote> [/hide] Hmm... I see. So it does work with Win7... I do have a PC with Win7. Whatever. Hmm...Oh, well. I'll see what i do Thanks for the map. If you could turn it 8-Bit would be great. Thanks so much Blade. Appreciate it.

Ok, so first of all, I'm sorry if i post this in the inadequate section. Don't know where to. Ok, so after that: So i'm thinking on starting my first CJ, well, not a CJ actually, Just emulating.... Guatemala City! But first i need the terrain. I suck at Terra-Forming, and i don't have a clue where to start with greyscale bitmaps, so i was thinking if someone of you guys would want to help me. Or a tutorial, whichever's best. I have no problem with learning. I'd love to. So Just look for ''Guatemala City'' On Google Earth. That's the one. Thanks in advanced, and once again, so sorry for this to be so-out-of-nowhere.

What about a 6-Lane Avenue? The current Maxis Avenue is 4-Lane. It can happen that you may need to upgrade an Avenue, but a Highway just doesn't make it (you get my point..) It could occupy 3 grids! (As opposed to the Standard Avenue, which uses 2 grids.)

Wow, great, Incredible planning ;D
