The Defense Minister of Corraile would like to inform all citizens that the Proposal for the Enhancement of Naval Capabilities project has been approved through the Parliament Voting System. This PENCE project includes upgrading/enhancing the performance of Corraile's navy through introduction of two naval bases which the President(kccl35) would specify the location. The budget of this project is set to be 100 million Corraile dollars. We plan to keep costs to a minimum even though land reclamation for the two islands which the naval bases will be located at will be implemented with high costs. Other than building naval bases, we hope to enhance our naval fleet with additional carriers, planes and destroyers.  As the defense minister of Corraile I would like to state the new army training scheme that will possibly allow soldiers to realize their potential as a commando or any other positions that would allow them to give their best for the war.   The new scheme requires soldiers to undergo normal training, where the head or authority of each platoon will scrutinize the soldiers' ability to handle war situations and they can suggest the path that each soldier could take. The soldiers are also able to choose their own favoured positions but they will have to meet the requirements for the exact position.
