Building Update: Tancony
Warmessiah commented on Shingure's City Journal Entry in The New Kingdom of Sierrastare
Wow..... can you direct me to a couple of the mods/lots you used for the walkways/canals/buildings (Although I guess the canals are brick canals). I truly love your city - The way you use all these different mods to make such a beautiful city astounds me - I'm currently experimenting with mods myself. -
Thanks for the tips I'll keep on having a perfect city, and hopefully I'll get more R$$$ in my region (I have 350,000 people in my region, half of which live in my two large R$$ and R$$$ zones, and the other half live in my R$/Industrial zones).

Well, I'm making a continental-style city called New Amsterdam, and it's all going okay, but I have this annoying problem with massive demands for R$ commercial, R$ residential and Dirty Industry. Usually my demand for R$$ and R$$$ is moderate, but I find it impossible to zone a part of my city and have it develop into only R$$$ and R$$ houses. Usually they develop into R$ houses, which (Sometimes) soon get abandoned because they can't find a job because I've filled up the city space with industry. It is getting annoying, and I have already placed an industrial district in my region, but I really want to have parts of it where it can be solely R$$ and R$$$ residential (I don't have this problem with commercial businesses - I have large areas of R$$$ and R$$ commercial, but I also need to zone seperate R$ zones to keep people happy). Any help how to increase R$$ and R$$$ demand (My desiribility and land value overall is high for my residential areas), or to stop those pesky working class from stealin' the condo space?

Sims decide not to go work in industry

I have never experianced that problem.... mabye try zoning high-density industries and watering them right off would help? I do this and when Dirty Industry plummets there's usually a lot of demand for manufacturing industries. -

I also asked shadow_assassin and he told me to name them a certain name, so I did and nothing happened! maybe you can pm me your e-mail so I can e-mail you the files and you can say whether the files are correct? thank you, starfinder quote> Look for the orgininal files again. I'm trying to find someone to upload the original background, the background can spazz up horribly sometimes and it's quite annoying.
