I bought it in The Sim City Box at Best Buy. I had to reset my computer, and I tried installing it, but it didn't work. I am stack at the registation code. I also got it months ago.

I reter the code correctly, every number and letter, yet it doen't reconize it. Is this my problem ore the games?
