I will buy the fourth biulding hereafter known as the the corporate and main branch of the San Paso Union Bank ( San Paso bank and Mission State Bank merged after the crash to form San Paso Union). Our savings and loan division will help us weather these tough economic times. Levata's also is selling bread and milk at 5 cents a loaf and 4 cents a gallon. You know what would distract our citizens...a minor league baseball team. Its our nations pastime...we could also do with one of those moving picture houses...vaudeville is so old hat!

I have to stop paying you under the table- i mean - genorous campaign contributions....have you forgotten the grocery store that feeds your townspeople? and awesome update! Mission Hill will end up being a tourist attraction but isnt it in the shadow of all that industry? That will be a deterrent for it until at least the seventies when the factories will probably leave...for china....then again I should be in character...Industry, the stockmarket, and populism will never die!

HEY! Finally caught up with your story been reading it all day. I am in love with the historical way you're presenting your city. I am definitely up to buy anything in San Paso. Family use to own a supermarket in St. Louis so I would love to have Levata Grocery and Table Supply Co
