So, I am not very good at 3d modeling yet and most of my buildings are generic office towers with no special features.
But I am just full of ***** ideas. Maybe there are buildings like I imagine, but I missed them then.
Well, the point is: ploppable RCI transit-enabled building. But not just roadway/highway through the building, like (awesome) Post Office I found on STEX, no. Monorail station! Well, I want to know if it is possible to make a ElRail/Monorail station with RCI jobs? I know buildings with parkings are present, but I couldn't find any way to make consolidated building with transit stop, jobs, maybe even minor cop station/recreation place inside.
I just am fond of arcologies and idyllic cities with monorails (yes, costly, but very nice-looking and fast), low pollution, parks and cops with defibrillators on every corner. Not a hillbilly town, but an Utopian metropolis with concrete-and-glass buildings.
And monorails going on top of the buildings will make such city feel the "right" way.
