I reinstalled the mod and discovered that instead of installing to [user X]\Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins like I wanted, it sent it to same folder on the ADMIN profile. Reinstalled the mod and sent it to the right directory and it all works fine now. I was wondering also though, is there a complete list anywhere of all the features included in the NAM? I've noticed things like canals and special buildings for the center of circles/roundabouts in some videos, but I don't think they're included with the mod. Even so, I don't want to waste my time or my dad's installing any mods that would be redundant. So, I can has list?

OK, so, I notice in some screenshots and videos that some people have done this very cool trick with their downtown areas where they build a sunken highway that periodically goes into a tunnel to allow buildings to be built above, then reemerges to toss out a couple on/off ramps to parallel roads. My question is, how do I do this? I know how to build sunken highways, but whenever I do this I wind up with this big hump in the middle of the exposed part. Is there some trick to using the hole digger lot, or is there a special digger that I don't know about?

Yeah I checked every Sim City folder on my comp but didn't see them. Nothing changes when I start the game. Still vanilla. I'm going to try reinstalling the mod today and see if that works.

Yeah I'll have to try that, I guess. Unfortunately I'll have to wait til Monday when my rents get back in town. Dad's the admin on this computer.

I've had this problem. The bug I encountered was I somehow ended up with a landfill zone on uneven terrain, and the couple blocks of trash would decompose off of it no matter what, no matter how long I waited. I tried dropping an incinerator next to it but that didn't chnage the situation. I tried terraforming under it to put the land level but it wouldn't let me. Eventually it became a moot point when my hard drive crapped out and I lost all my data and had top reinstall on the new drive. >_> tl;dr, is your lanfill on even ground? If not, then erasing the city is probably the only way to get rid of it. Otherwise, put some low-wealth residential or dirty industry around it. They won't care.

I don't see them, which is odd because I just installed it. The only files there are backgrounds. I searched for one of the files from the txt doc that came with the mod, but got no hits. Weird. It's like it didn't even install the files. o_O Would I need to restart my comp after the installation to make stuff show up and work in game?

Well, just as the title says, I installed the NAM, and nothing happened. Opened the game, and there's nothing new in the menues. I'm running SC4 Deluxe on Windows Vista. I suspect it may simply have not put the files into the plugins folder, but I can't fine them anywhere else. Where are they installed to by default so I can check?
