  1. Good day to you, all members of Simtropolis...and Designers. I have a simple problem about "making city"...and usage of a lot of texture or lot files.. For making 'excellent sight city', we use lot, textures, mods, and so on. I always searching for these files to make better scenery. However, my efforts always return to failure. All of files are disharmony in SC4world... Which files are the best quality of performance in SC4world? Could I hear your advice for recommendation? I want to ask advice of you...and best designers of SC4. -for better world :-]
