u need the mod designed for flat bridges... or slopeless bridges. They work for bridges over water as well as overpasses. -

Difference between dense and medium-dense industry?

I try to avoid industry as much as possible because of its negativity and how it lowers land value. Every city has industrial areas. So i tend to surround it with parks and zone medium in attempt to gain some hi-tech. That being said your education better be swell. I try to avoid high density because of the heavy pollution and what not, unless I was making a nice industrial town! -

How old is your city. Generally I don't notice an increase in age until my sims have been there a looooong time! Until my city is decades old.

Also another tip, when placing stations in above ground view, open your data map and click on transportation and the volume of subways.... it should place a blue line accross your subway line that way you can follow it under buildings and easily place stations on top.
