BRIC is an economic alliance that in the coming years will have a larger and larger say in world affairs Kinglorre: The countries are however to culturally/ ethnicly diverse to actually become a world ruling alliance and agree on serious matters. Especially if it concerns there own region. For example all of the bric countries except for South Africa Abstained from voting in the United Nations resolution for intervention in Libya.

Oligarchic Republic as it is based on Rome, it also has a constitution to adhere to modern standarts. The neighbouring state is however is a Socialist Dictatorship. The differences could not be greather!

10 to 15 minutes to lock down a county? Thats awefull fast, yes the imidiate area could be locked down in that time but it could also take well over 30min, depends on fast police would arive. Locking down airports is a nightmare. People have to vacate terminals and aircraft and id say this could take well over 2 hours. Lets hope the investigators get lucky and that the assasins screw up somewhere along the way.

So tiny question, How fast could you lock down the borders after a high profile murder such as that one, say airports, harbors and maybe even checkpoints on mayor roads. which would be a nightmare on Franklins vast network of RHW's. However the Franklinite Intelligence agencies would have to catch the murder as an assassination and not some random drunk person shooting an investigator. or spree of random drunk persons. Knowing the CIA they would probebly try to frame organized crime with the murders. Under the ruse of retaliation for recent convictions? Intriguing, very intriguing.

Europeans are to diverse to be put in a single country, next to that il make you a tactical analesys of what would happen, Russia would be on its own, as the Modern Russian Federation and it would be facing the all out might of NATO. while back in the 1970's this might have been a fair fight, but right now most of eastern europe has joined up with NATO, Including Poland. the russians are having close relations with Belarus and after some negosiations they might be able to skip true their territory. but by then SACEUR would probebly be on to what is happening. The polish army would have mobilised, and since there are american units in eastren europe aswell, youd probebly reach a statlemate right there and then. next to that the Americans, French and British all have Nuclear/ Chemical weaponry, so it would be very VERY stupid to even attempt such an invasion, next tot that its a long way into france. and by then the russian army, would probebly be defeated before they come into germany, as NATO has quite some resources and is rather alot larger then it was back in the cold war.

Can i ask you this very cheeky question, Where do you base your economic charts on? an acutal development of your CJ, wich id gather would be really hard to keep track of from time to time and to transfer into a chart. Or is it a not really happening but more based on the amount of commercial demand? Eitherway i love your HSR and new bridges, i shall check back regulary
