Looks very nice, I think you should try to create a large mall at the side of a town where you put a Media Markt and Gamma (and I think some plain Maxis mall's would fit in perfectly). (MediaMarkt and Gamma are lots from oppie as well). Currently I'm at some place where the internet is very slow so the most pictures don't load (and I can't really comment those ofcourse) Try searching for some "Vinex" houses to build suburbs with, https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=17283 for example are very modern-dutch. Compare BAT's to images of real Vinex locations, I think it's rather easy to recognize one when you see them ;-) I can't give you very precize hints because I live in a rather old part of Amsterdam. I don't know whether you know the term "koopgoot", but when trying to build a city-center shopping district I think that is what you should aim for. (One rather narrow ped-street with medium height buildings) Last hint: if you are going to build some farmland, remember that in Holland the borders between farms are very, very straight drawn, and that we only grow cows and corn in the polders because of the wet land underneath it.

 Very nice, is this just a very-planned CJ or are you going to try to recreate some Dutch architecture etc. also? (I live in the Netherlands ;-) )
