When I'm bored while playing SC4, I go to my "Dock/Slum" themed city/settlement and go on a mass arson rampage. Add some meteors and volcanoes, possibly allowing mass crime. Best save your city first if you want to go on an arson rampage, but it could make you less bored. Won't help you with people leaving, however.

I was eating toast and drinking tea when that came up.....I almost choked. I then realized that the adress was wrong and I saw that post on Simtropolis' Twitter, then realized what the date was..... Good joke! Also, my home town ain't beautiful: there's an oil refinery nearby.........
