I know this is cheating but it works! Download 1 tile 11,000 jobs landmark and put into a small tile(this instantly puts demand up). You need lots of cash (money tree) because thee building is $250,000 each. So put lots of thosse into a small tile and make network connections. Start a new city next to the old one and demand is top!

Most of these things are available now with BATS. Only if Cities XL incorperates the creation of money genartor..

I didnt use a tutorial, but alot of youtube vids. It helped me so it might help you.

im starting to BAT parts of Canberra cuz i live there. I Have done the mint and my suburb. Cant realy do any other citys cuz i dont go to them alot!! be nice to see a good representation of canberra cuz thats the hardest city of them all!
