After logging in and clicking "Play", I see the Cities XL splash screen and then a Windows dialog box pops up telling me that the game stopped working. It gives me no specific error codes or any information at all, it just closes. I was able to launch and play the demo, which I uninstalled prior to installing the full version of the game. I'm running an ATI Radeon HD 4870 on a Core 2 Duo system, so it's not as if my computer isn't up to snuff. All of my drivers are up to date and I installed the .NET framework updates on the Monte Cristo tech support page for crashes (although I wasn't getting the error codes those updates were supposed to correct, so I don't think that's the problem). Anyone else running into this problem? If I'm unable to run the game is there any chance I can wring a refund out of Monte Cristo (I bought the gave via digital download).

The simulation seems extremely shallow to me and it's way too easy. I'm going to get bored with this game very quickly because of the lack of challenge.
