After logging in and clicking "Play", I see the Cities XL splash screen and then a Windows dialog box pops up telling me that the game stopped working. It gives me no specific error codes or any information at all, it just closes. I was able to launch and play the demo, which I uninstalled prior to installing the full version of the game. I'm running an ATI Radeon HD 4870 on a Core 2 Duo system, so it's not as if my computer isn't up to snuff. All of my drivers are up to date and I installed the .NET framework updates on the Monte Cristo tech support page for crashes (although I wasn't getting the error codes those updates were supposed to correct, so I don't think that's the problem).
Anyone else running into this problem? If I'm unable to run the game is there any chance I can wring a refund out of Monte Cristo (I bought the gave via digital download).
