The Portsmouth Tower is a building that was inspired by 17 State Street in New York City. The curved facade at the entrance is entirely glass. There are also two walls perpendicular with each other each made of alternating bands of stone and glass. The walls and the curve form a footprint of a quarter circle. There are two lots, a ploppable and a growable. PLOPPABLE: Lot Size: 3x3 Plop Cost: 12000 Bulldoze Cost: 1310 CO$$ Jobs: 1800 Power Used: 136 Water Used: 318 Menu Placement: Landmarks Custom Query: No, but one is currently in the works GROWABLE: Lot Size: 3x3 Bulldoze Cost: 1256 Tileset: New York (Not really from the time period, but doesn't really fit anywhere else and it is based off a building in New York City) Growth Stage: 8 CO$$ Jobs: 1923 Power Used: 136 Water used: 312 Custom Query: No, but one is currently in the works I have tested the building thouroughly and it works fine. I went to SOMY's site to download that awsome microwave plant, but he put on the site that he closed his site because of to much transfer quantity (exessive bandwith usage) Is there any other place where I can download that plant? -

CitiCenter Plaza is a commercial office skyscraper. It stands on a 2x2 (yes 2x2) lot and comes in ploppable and growable. The ploppable version is a CO$$ holding 2300 jobs. The growable version comes in both CO$$ and CO$$$ and hold approx. 2100 jobs. The building is a mixture between Middle Eastern and Asian architecture. The building is supported by for coulmns on each corner of the building and another column running througt the center. I have tested the building thouroughly and it works fine. NOTE: IF YOU DOWNLOADED THIS AND IT DID NOT HAVE AND SC4MODEL FILE, YOU NEED DO DELETE THAT FILE AND DOWNLOAD THIS ONE!! THE PREVIOUS FILE WAS MISSING THE SC4MODEL FILE!!! THIS ONE HAS IT!!! The White Sand Resort comes in three CS choices CS$$$ growable, CS$$ growable, and a CS$$$ Ploppable. All three are 6x3 lots and provide about 300 jobs. There is a fourth lot called the White Sand Condos. This is the same bat building, only it is a R$$$. This is also a 6x3 lot and provides a home for about 200 residents. I have tested all the lots and they work fine on my computer. They have all grown in-game so the growables do work. For information about the development of this building visit: https://www.simtropolis.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=52147 -
That stadium would probably be the worlds most confusing Bat project. I would like to see it done also though...
