  1. Low wealth areas

after you get all of the buildings you want for your ghetto, to preserve them, just make them all historic that way they will not be redevelopped
  2. Show us your Tram Systems!

    Very nice tram systems!!
  3. Queensferry ---> WINNING

can't wait to see everything progress
  4. Milwaukee

It looks like theres a lot of potential for this one, i will check frequently
  5. residential demand

You don't exactly need a mod to raise your demand In past experiences, I have used the Medium Green Park to raise my residential Parks will generally raise the residential demand. Good Luck Anyways
  6. Help with Education in my city

Yes, you need a lot of parks and recreational buildings. Usually if you wait a couple of minutes, i have found that the education rating has gone up how many new zones have you zoned ? good luck
  7. Plop or grow

You can get modds that will help you get the right demand to plop them. I have plopped commercial before but not residential good luck anyways
  8. Losing industry

It really depends on how many people and how smart they are. Try building a small city just for farms, it should work and your farms will stay. Also, the amount of people living in your city sometimes doesnt matter. Still, when you have a city that is just farms, you won't have anything that is not being used.
  9. Young Folks?

do you have a lot of schools? Do you have a hospital, they usually increase your life expectancy and also schools increase the education level. If you see high wealth buildings, the people living in them are usually older. In otherwords, Young people=$ Middle Aged=$$ Older and Retired=$$$
  10. Bouja Town

Update 2, The Revolution Hunts Coast has grown to over 20000 people. Many of the settelers of the coast part of the city are working in another city. The bus line on Centre Street carries over 4000 people into another city called New City(im not going to show it, BTW the name is an accedent, i pressed enter so the name was New City. I also didn't know the change the city name cheat). The two new shopping areas were just the first of many additions. The new medium density area called East Beach (i think) Its near the cities historic Centre. Its beside the new hi-tech industries and Centre Street runs through the middle of it. The growth of the East Beach neighborhood. Its surrounded by Redwood Trees part of Cycledogg's Tree Modd On another note, The Centre Street Police Station opened. Hunts Coast's crime rate was over 40 per month (espcially cause of all the low wealth housing i:e The average income per house is 16 000 dollars. To promote the new housing, a new low wealth, low density shopping centre was built for the convineince of those people. Centre Street runs through this centre as well. City overview, (hehe the neighborhood is called East Denson and the shopping centre is called Denson Plaza). Frogface HQ's were vacant so this is the second last picture of them before the were demolished. You can also see the transportation model of the city. Highway 405 is filled with outgoing cars and buses. The population was at around 30 000 people now. Over 5000 were leaving the city for work. Hunts Coast had become a slum city. The growth and demand was for all the Low wealth buildings. The unfortunate event of the demolishing the Frongface HQ buildings. The city was castistrophic awe as the towers were one of the main employers in Hunts Coast. Low density residential near Highway 505. Its imediatly filled with bus stations The brand new highway to accomidate the new subdivision. No name was given to it. The Interchange The new High density residential area east of Dell's Market. The area houses the two great appartment buildings. The before picture of the new High Density residential area. It will make the population over 45 000 but..... You're going to have to wait till the next update named Update 3.... THE INDUSTRIAL BOOM It should be up by friday or saturday

A New Update, i wont be updating like I did today, The new shopping district, thank you to Archean for his idea on the downtown kinda thing. I used some redwoods to line the highway so another thanky you toooo Archean The somewhat finished project of the shopping district. I named it Dells market The new addition to Dell's Market, Highway market. I realized that it needed to be bigger as the popl. grew to over 20000 City overview, unfortunetly theres a brown box. As you can tell, most of the residential is medium. My R-$ isn't in residential is any other city. It was needed unfortunetly in Hunts Coast. I will show the graph of how much its needed later. A new medium density residential neighbourhood called Magenta Valley... there is nothing in common between the name and the neighbourhood. Its appeared to be south of Dell's Market . A bus line runs through the avenue. The growing of 2 Frogface HQ's. Big thank you to Frogface for these buildings Its Getting Biggggger... Done, the city skyline is now alot better. Both house 5000 commercial workers but they come from other places as my city doesnt have any schools to accomidate the low wealth population. I had to add, theres a bus line on Centre Street, this is the monumental first stop beside Polk John Hall Hospital and Medi Centre Ill update sooon so keep checking
