  1. Eh, sorry? No I'm not using any terrain altering mods. are you talking about this? https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=2753
  2. Hm, and this is located in the game folder?
  3. Hi again I just stumbled upon this plugin to make nicer harbors and waterfronts: https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=1700 Unfortunately my entire region's land level is way to high. My land level is, as you can see on the left, to high for the plugin to work proper. There's an actual gap between water and concrete. I'd prefer land level being more like the right side, ultimately even lower. I have this issue in my entire region. (all cost area's) Is there a way to modify a map - lowering all land areas without destroying everything? I don't mind a few buildings being demolished in the process, but I'd like to avoid having the 5 million residents region totally broken. ' EDIT: How about stuff like landscape designer? Thanks in advance Sincerely Naggert
  4. Hm yeah. I didn't intend to use it as a radical mod. I merely wanted to avoid the millions of water pipes below my cities. Maybe I went a little overboard by using the *512 multiplier
  5. Oh there's an opera house fix? I was a bit of a newbie 10 years ago My last playthrough was in 2009 - didn't really play to well back then either. I'd figured they fixed such a bug after so long time... Thanks for giving the best answer, once again.
  6. UtilityRadius TrafPollution Modd

The "Plugin_512Radius_NoTrafPollution.dat" broke my game.  Made my water usage increase to 70.000.000   After deleting it, water usage dropped to about 200.000
  7. Another update. I moved my plugins folder. Everything turned out nicer... Suspecting a faulty plugin I suddenly realized what caused it! BEHOLD!!! I had this little fella' installed: Plugin_512Radius_NoTrafPollution.dat So ehm.. Yeah, as a warning... I might cause some issues. EDIT: Any good alternatives to the NoTrafPollution plugin? I used it because I'd rather not spend 15 minutes painting the underground with water pipes.
  8. Okay. A small update. I went all in with the water pumps. Here I'm using 70.000.000 units of water.... Also. What's up with the Opera House? As soon as I demolish it, I instantly have +200.000 citizens. Getting close to +230.000 within 5 minutes. Sims don't like music? :S
  9. Hello guys To make a long story short, I'll quote Hermes: Have any of you experience with something that can cause such a dramatic increase in water in such a short time? I've been demolishing a few areas trying to figure out whats causing it. I haven't added any plugins since before I started this map. Using CAM, NAM etc and a few smaller plugins which usually dont cause anything like this Thanks in advance
  10. Plugins install locations

Thanks for your quick response. English isn't my native language, but what I read is all files can be scattered around and sorted as the individual user pleases? As long as their somewhere in the plugins folder? I'm installing all the .exe files in their default location, assuming file structures had a saying EDIT: Oh!! Turns out this thread had the missing depencies, which werent listed in the readme files!!! https://www.sc4devotion.com/forums/index.php?topic=2039.0
  11. Hello sirs Plugins should be installed in C:\Users\user\Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins However, does the location from there on matter? Does the name of subfolders, subfolders, subfolders matter? For example I have some of SimGoober's C:\Users\users\Documents\SimCity 4\Plugins\SimGoober\Industrials\IM I have downloadet CAMeLOTs CAM Residential, CAM Commercial Offices and CAM Industrial. But even after installing all the dependencies I could find, several times, I still have brown boxes popping up. My thought was, could I have misplaced some filesin the plugin folder considdering there's both DAT, SC4LOT and SC4MODEL? Thanks in advance Sincerely
  12. Thank you. I downloaded CAM Commercial Offices BSC (v. 1.0) by barbyw from https://www.sc4devotion.com/ I then downloaded the dependencies. Hm, but I only just now see there's a lot of dependencies marked with yellow... Hmm... See, this might have caused the initial issue..
  13. Thank you for a quick response. See, this was the answer I was afraid to get. I might have jumped in to it a little to quickly. I'm overwhelmed by missing dependencies at this point. I might have to just start over from scratch and see where it goes EDIT: Everything was actually working fine for days. I then found LEX? and about 50 CAM growable buildings.. This is where it went bad Worst part is how some plugings lists required plugins and lists dead links. Some packs are merged into others. Some are renamed etc..
  14. Hello guys I know this might anger some people. But at this point I've been downloading plugins and dependencies for 5+ hours and I'm still getting flooded in brown boxes. CAM, NAM, NDEX, etc etc etc. Might there be a download link / torrent file somewhere with a working plugin-folder? I'm looking for growable buildings in all sizes and types. They should of course be working with CAM. Thanks in advance
  15. 2.0 pollution problem?

I sorta have the same issue. Air pollutions seems to be spawning from nowhere and it's killing my city. I'm on 150.000 (down from 200k) citizens and they are dying like flies. Buildings are going abandoned and I can't hardly keep up with the demolishing. (It's practically all I do)
