  4. I've searched everywhere, but I can't seem to find any mods which affect the SC4 Rush Hour labeling system. Would anyone know if the labels can be modded? (or how, for that matter?) What I'm looking for, I guess, is a system where the labels don't disappear if you make a couple of changes to the road, and maybe the ability to have labels continue between cities (like, for example, in regions where you have long highway systems and you want to have a consistent numbering scheme). Is there anything like this out there? Is it possible? Could it be done by a novice modder (like myself)?
