    right click the download link and pick "save as" (or "save target as" or some other variation, depending on your browser). it'll give you the jpg instead of that strange file type when you try to save the picture directly from your browser.

    i gave it 3 out of 5. i think the model and textures are too simple compared to other buildings its size. if you made the lot and model bigger and added more detail, i think it'd achieve what you want. also 21k jobs for a lot that size kind of messes up the local transportation networks & demand caps.

    capacity for the monorail station is only 800...
  5. it's annoying but has no big impact on gameplay. if you want to take screenshots of your region without the stripes, run the game at a lower resolution, open and save each affected region, and you should be fine.
