How come the university has so few students? I mean, my university should have at least 5000 students to begin with if it's in a city of 100,000. I don't understand why the universities have so few. Are there any mods to change this? It just bothers me when I see that.

When I download something from the STEX that is both ploppable and growable, and I only want it to be growable, then which file do I put in the plugins folder?

I would like someone to make an accurate and true-to-life scale map of Lake Charles, Louisiana. I'd really like to build this city, but I find that making the waterways tends to be somewhat difficult. If anyone would be willing to make this map or discuss it with me, then please contact me!
