  1. Military Outpost

Oh no!!!! someone had the same idea you had, let's ban him and report him to his ISP. I'll give it a 10 to counteract your 4
  2. Well, that fixed it. Wonder how that got started. Very crappy "fix", my budget is blown for the next few years. Maybe my health and education advisor is corrupt and was skimming off the top?
  3. I don''t know how this started, but my health and education budgets are automatically adjusting themselves. I thought it was because I was running at a slight deficit, but after dropping some billboards that generate cash to kill the deficit, it continued. At the end of each month, the budgets in question will adjust themselves downward, and will continue until there is almost no funding for hospitals and schools. This leads to strikes, and a shrinking approval rating. I''m gonna try bulldozing all hospitals and schools and replacing them(I don''t have many) and see if that works. Its gonna hurt my treasury, but having to reset the budgets each month is really pewpy. I guess I''ll have to hold off on that major commercial expansion for a while. In case anyone was wondering, I did try the search, but it just kept timing out. Plus it takes forever to find an answer using search.

Sims living near this do complain about the radiation, but they do enjoy the added benefit of not needing a microwave to make popcorn.

Excellent idea. A 10 if I ever saw one. Definitely an original idea. Should think about adding a "shirts ruined" stat to the building description, heh.
  6. Corporate Enterprises

10K jobs unrealistic?? I don't think so. With extremely conservative estimates, that building would hold 5000 people in supply luxury. Now take into the fact that people will be working in that building all hours, 10K seems rather on the low side for a building of that size.
  7. The Nexis Simtropolis Center (75th Lot)

awesome lot, love it. I'm gonna do exactly the things you explicitly told me not to, because you assumed I would and felt the need to tell me not to.
