And he was right BUT what kind of building was that? Really cheap, very healthy and had only positive effects. Because I didn't want to "cheat" my problems away that way (sorry torresprei) I changed the lot a bit. What we now have is a more or less realistic building (if you are ok with the small size of 3x2) for a good price. Monthly Cost:

    @patriots_1228 You mean because I took a ready model? Yes, two reasons for this: 1. I liked that building, too. But not its properties. 2. This was my first work for SC4 ever. So I chose this to learn how to use Reader, SC4Tool, etc. Within this learning I also crashed my SC4 and had to reinstall. So for a newbie its a lot of work to change all these probs, menu-things, icons, etc. But be assured, I don't want to benefit from HIS work with BAT, I just wanted to try and learn step by step. :-)
