    I'm confused here. It says you have the bldgprops_vol1.dat and bldgprops_vol2.dat files but where is the download link for that? For the bat updater it says "Old file not found. However, a file of the same name was found. No update done since contents match". Where is the update that makes you have the lights. SC4_RH&Deluxe_Pre2PostUpdate1_InstallationFilesDifferential.zip. What is this?
