  1. Im having a problem that I used to have before. When I put in the disk, the Disk will run for a few minutes, then it will ask if i want to run Autorun.exe, i click Yes.. Then the disk will stop running, and It freezes my computer until I take the disk out. I am running a Toshiba Satellite laptop with Vista Home Pre. Please help me.

    No its not that.. Whats really strange is that my Dad has the same exact laptop that I do, and it works FINE....

    Actually, the game has worked in the past. I had this problem before, but I fixed it by letting my computer sit and run the disk for a while, and it worked.. But I recently wiped out my system, deleting all my old files, and I have to re-install SC4. and Yes the game is out of the box

    it replaces the one in the game. it is an in game photo...i just dont know what happened to the background.......... it provides many jobs, and people can live there. it sucks up pollution and burns garbage.

    This will upload the "SNPP" (i call it) it will be a DAT file so put it in the plugins file in C/Program Files/Maxis/SimCity 4/Plugins. it will provide many jobs, no pollution, more clean air, and reduces garbage!
  25. i downloaded the blank lots. and now i put my building on it, ok? I save it and start the game, when i am going to plop my building, it says "BLANK LOT $$$" even though on the lot editor I named it "T Tile Hotel" how can i fix that?
