Actually, the game has worked in the past. I had this problem before, but I fixed it by letting my computer sit and run the disk for a while, and it worked.. But I recently wiped out my system, deleting all my old files, and I have to re-install SC4. and Yes the game is out of the box

Im having a problem that I used to have before. When I put in the disk, the Disk will run for a few minutes, then it will ask if i want to run Autorun.exe, i click Yes.. Then the disk will stop running, and It freezes my computer until I take the disk out. I am running a Toshiba Satellite laptop with Vista Home Pre. Please help me.
