Tired of all that molding, putrid waste laying around your city? Turn it into water! This plant turn waste into water, giving somewhat drinkable water for your sims. While it requires lots of power to run (as much as a small windmill), is a heavy air/water polluter, and really harms the residential and commercial desirability around it, it only costs $2,500 to plop, $25 per month and generates 65,000 water/month and recycles 15 tons/month. For the cash-strapped mayor looking to put a landfill/water plant and almost never having to pay monthly for it. It pays off itself within a month or two. Be aware of the huge price you pay in desirability, though... Part of the poor lots series. (NOTE: It takes a couple of months, along with 3 pipes leading out from the plant, for it to start generating water.)

For the cash-strapped mayor comes cheap medical treatment for your sims. It only costs $250 to plop, $150 a month to maintain, has a huge radius, and holds 2000 people. It also creates ambulances. Unfortunately, its quite a NIMBY, and badly decreases commercial and residential desirability around it. Recommended for the poor city that really needs a clinic. Part of my new poor facilities.
