Make more $, $$, and reduce the $$$ a bit. Very nice work though. Perhaps you could edit the trash truck a bit and convert it into one the haulers most DOT use (for snowplowing, ashphalt, etc) in addition to pickup trucks to line the majority of parking spots.

Very nice, be a great addition to my associaiton style residential areas. Fences, picnic tables, and larger pool are a must for your later work.

Could you make a version without the skateboard ramp? and no spot lights. Looks very nice though.
