  1. San Francisco Bay Authority- SFBA

I can do CalTrans (really any district, but I would prefer CalTrans super). Also, none of those parks are national parks, just to let you know.
  2. Virgin Shores

Yeah DTP, there is a Modular College Set, it is by Yoshiisland and available at https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=18493&v=1 and https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=18502 (you have to download both).
  3. Virgin Shores

I agree with SimsAmerica's proposal to use the Modular College Set, it is perfect for creating a small college, which is the most realistic choice for Virgin Shores.
  4. STEX downloading help

No, there is no special STEX login. What browser are you using? If its Firefox or Google Chrome, they also have popup blockers, which could be the problem.
  5. STEX downloading help

That is what your STEX download page should look like, with the download link below the pictures of the file. Does your download page look different? EDIT: Oops, forgot the image tags, thanks bearious.

@De Ja Vu: If you mean Sandstone streets, they are in the SAM. If you mean sandstone sidewalks, they are in the sidewalk mod. Both are available on the LEX.
  7. San Francisco Bay Authority- SFBA

That looks very impressive. I'm from the Bay Area, so it should be fun to see what my area looks like in SC4.
  8. Ainkien: The Underdiscovered Country

That is a creative billboard, and I like that you put the billboard in the game. The Nalsas are looking nice, My favorite part would have to be the Dunlow capital area, the abundant parks and majestic capitol building flow very well.
  9. Can't Find it? Ask Here!

@Andrej94: I've never heard of the Al Bury. If you mean the Al Burj, it is on the STEX but it was locked.
  10. Rancho Cordova

Arroyo Grande looks like a very realistic small town you can find anywhere in the Midwest. I like the use of the NAM Mountain Paths, you are one of the only people I know of who uses them. I like how you have the old road (the street) and the shiny new highway running through the desert, it shows how towns evolve from sleepy ranch towns to booming suburbs.
  11. Virgin Shores

I've got a plan for West Shores featuring an extension of VS-2, residential, commercial, and a park to anchor the development. In addition, I also think the rail lines in pink should be sunken to get rid of dangerous crossings.
  12. Blue Hope - The Interactive City Journal

It makes it so roads can't have overly steep grades. It would appear you already have one judging from your reply to un1. Yours seems to allow steeper slopes than the one I'm using, which is probably why it looks weird to me.
  13. Beachfront

This is a very unique CJ, and I hope to see it in SC4 someday. I hope you BAT those buildings.
  14. Is any problem with STEX?

There are finally some new buildings on the STEX, but I can't download any thing from the STEX.
  15. Blue Hope - The Interactive City Journal

Ellena is a nice mountain suburb, very reminiscent of the areas east of Sacramento, CA. Those retaining walls at the back of the houses are ugly, but I know you can't really do a ton to fix that. I think you should get a slope mod though, I use this one by un1 on the average setting: https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/details.cfm?id=20571&v=1. I see a great spot for a city in Meridian, do you know when it will be available for development?
  16. Fairview - A Member's First CJ

I would recommend getting some custom content; I would encourage you to follow through with your plan to get the STEX DVD/CD. I would recommend getting the NAM like Hawkeye said and maybe a terrain and/or water mod.

  18. Bixel, do you know why your last 3 buildings are locked on the LEX? However, they look good, and will fit in nicely with your other stuff.
  19. Blue Hope - The Interactive City Journal

I am eagerly looking forward to BH2 because my other region isn't working out so well. I'll be developing for sure.

Thinboy and Prefeito, you need the BSC Texture Mega Pack: https://www.sc4devotion.com/csxlex/lex_filedesc.php?lotGET=90 Be sure to run the Cleanitol file to get rid of all your obsolete files.
  21. Rancho Cordova

I've read your past CJs and they were excellent, so I am looking forward to seeing Rancho Cordova grow. BTW, you might want to change your sig because it still advertises Cresent City.
  22. Can't Find it? Ask Here!

@Berubium: I am pretty sure the walls that go under on-slope pieces are made by buddybud, they should be on the STEX. I'm not sure how well they fit your current walls though. @hamsterTK: Constantina didn't really get along with the staff, and I think I read somewhere that her STEX uploads were plagiarized from other uploads and uploaders. I don't think the STEX is screwing up.
  23. I voted yes on 1A because our freeways are already gridlocked, and they will get even worse if our current growth continues. We need a clean, fast solution, and that is what HSR is going to provide. It is cleaner than airplanes, it is cheaper than airplanes, because of gas prices, it could be cheaper than driving long distances, and most importantly, it is fast. When you consider the time it takes to get to an airport, go through security, check your bags, get a cab, and fly, it could take less time than flying or driving.
  24. Blue Hope - The Interactive City Journal

Welcome to Blue Hope, you have 30 points right now to get involved by developing in Blue Hope II.

So does that mean there are no more departments, just planning commissions? And I agree with those who commented before me, put an avenue through the residential, and create a buffer zone of a couple tiles with soundwalls.
