Hi, Could you name me the mod with which you can zone bigger areas for residential,commercial or industrial use? I know it exists but I forgot it,thanking in advance.

Are these maps real? I mean in your whole city you've got only these lines of subway?

Do I need something before SC4Update4BAT.exe in order for it to work? Because when I press this file I get an error.

It is real I have been helped by some mods. Anyway the problem is the commute time though,is there any mod for this?

hm..well there is one more thing I need. Is there anything that decreases the commute time? Cos it's about 80-90. But many of them say it is high altough I have plenty of subway lines and stations.

Unfortunately Super Demand Ordinance increases only industrial and commercial demand. I have got lots of plazas and parks and yes I have got 2 International Airports in different locations.

Hi guys, Well the last days I have created the best city I have ever made..it's up to 500.000 pop. but it does not to grow anymore. I have added everything,lots of schools,hospitals,fire and police stations+I have done many things for the commute time (e.g.The subway system is huge and Every line is used 100%+every station up to 200% (I'm trying replace them all with big ones) Taxes are at 0%..I have checked everything. The demand for undustries and commercials are high (using a mod) but the residential is under the central line.. Any mod for residential demand? Any help is appreciated..

I never zone a landfill..and that's why it costs really much money (3.000 or more usually) And then they ask that they want more..what should i do for this? Is there any way to control garbage without making a landfill? I also try adding some Recycling Centers but they are not really working.
