Archean: I can answer this question and the answer is no, the Kingdom of Atlantopia is not on Earth. It is on an Earth-like planet named Gia. The only relations that can be opened between Gia and Earth are, of course, by space travel. Note: Gia and Earth are both in the Solar System and located very close to each other.
