There is a new building uploaded to the EA exchange for simcity4 called Doctor Luke's Highrise Hospital Lot that triggers an unstopeable trash epidemic in your city straight away and distroys it! It took out a 300,000 pop city on me and i had already saved my work so couldnt continue from earlier work.
