what usually puts people in the red is a new power plant specificly a nuclear or hydrogen power plant look at anything that has been demolished or built since you went in the red and rebuild/demolish it

you have to remember sims have no IQ so they will only use a lane if it goes somewhere you can get highways with all three lanes full but that requires an avenue to highway transition but all the offramps are on the left(uk) or right (most of the world)

there are 2 ways to fi it 1:get a hack changing the traffic lights 2: open regedit and find simcity then open up the languages file and change it from 13 to 2-12(decimal) this will change it to a language and switch the side of the road

well Edinburgh, Scotland is a city that grew up with the times so the old town is medieval there is the new town Georgian style and there is the Victorian part (half of it) surrounding that and boring dull cookie cutter suburbs and council estates on the edge

do what i want to Edinburgh? well i would demolish the St. James centre and the scottish Parliment building and rebuild them without the modern architecture and the 60s brown stones concrete and build them in Georgian style fancy pants sandstone archtecture i would demolish sighthill with the people in it along with east Pilton and muirhouse i would renovate the Niddrie area and set up some parks shops and set up a British Leyland plant there and some colliery plant i would open up some of the viaducts and then make them go underground as they approch Waverly i would stop the trams project demoilsh the council housing tower blocks and build some victorian style tenements made of red and yellow sandstone i would say "to hell with the EU safety regulations and have buses with the entrance at the back with a conductor on the bus giving out tickets and being able to catch a bus if its going slow enough to run and grab set up a ferry service between north queensferry and south queensferry i would demolish Appleton tower and relocate the royal infirmary to its former location with additions on it such as a cyclotron
