    Well, are you using a "super demand" mod? All those buildings and traffic mapping are very-very expensive... if the RCI demands are low, you'll need many years for the finances be all right. xD

    Ney Eistein won't like these roads (they are too expensive, he says xDD), but is a very good traffic mapping! If the city demands are high, will be very usable!
