I'm trying to download some extras for a new rural region, and I need a dependancy called 'The BSC Dirt Trails' Or something, but I can't find it. Can anyone help me?

It's not that the missing dependancy is causing a bug, it's just the park doesn't grow at all without the texture.

I don't have lot editor... and it only happens sometimes.

Umm... There should be a Lot with some different schools and high schools, and I think there was a University one.. as far as I know, they were done By JBSimio, Most are in packs called something like "school pack no. 1". Sorry if this doesn't help.

I need to get some rural type trees, which look like gum trees and such. I have seen them in images, but can't seem to find a mod for them. Can anyone help?
