wow this stuff is really impressive! Is there a program that any of you use for the street maps of the cities, or do you just take images and photoshop them?

My old login for Simcity no longer works, as my email switched and can no longer reset my account. I also cannot register my SC4 game because it says the CD Key has already been registered. Is there any other way i can get the BAT besides the main site? Is it possible someone could upload it via either yousendit.com or sendspace?
