    I think your description is accurate. I am definitely more of a "Region player" because I like to have an equal amount of both present, and I think the Simcity creators have done a heck of a job making all this possible!

I am working on a Region with SC4 on my wife's computer, but I'm buying a new computer soon and will be using a different copy of the game and would like to continue working on the same city. Is it possible to store or save it all somewhere and then upload into a new computer and new version of the game? Thanks!!
