To download and use mods made by people on this very forum I need SimCity Deluxe don't I?

Okay when i try to download the stex, ect it works but when i go in the game all i get is a big box in a parcel, why?

Okay i currently have SimCity4. (Bit of help needed here). Basically i haven't been on for a while, firstly i would like to know how i get the mods and bet's ect to work, or don't they? Also i would like to know how to download them and How to build a succesfull city.

ti's, i've downloaded loads of stuff, i have the original version, i.e i downloaded New Anfield, it hasn't come up in the game though. why?

yeah my next i'm just going to give myself money ect see what i can do.

my graphics are failing on my game so i had to re-install and check it, so this game isn't on there, i'll start a new cj on a make up city after i've doen so much. In my next one i'll probably give meself loads of money to see what i can do..

Okay here's the Industrial bit's, i've built 7th Street Next to it. Comments, for soem reason i built the osues connected to water and electricity but they wern't built.?

I'm going to go play the game now and hopefully havea little update.

Finnaly got the pics working. Downtown New New York Part of the Right Side. The Right Curviture The Unfinished Left Curviture. The Finished Left Curviture. The Finished Left Side. The Finished Right Side. CXomments, not the best but i'm focusing on the bottom bit aruond where Miami is based.
