Well here it is: Burgas, the town where I was born!!! Burgas (also transliterated as Bourgas; Bulgarian: ??????, Greek: Π?ργος is the second-largest city on the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast. It is also the fourth-largest by population in the country, after Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna. It is the capital of Burgas Province and an industrial and tourist centre. The Burgas Lakes are located around the city. Burgas International Airport is a connecting point to major Black Sea resorts in Bulgaria such as Sunny Beach, Nesebar, Sozopol, Dyuni, Elenite. Burgas has a great beach which attracts many tourists from all over Europe. This is the new mall in Burgas - Tria City Centre This is inside the new Burgas University. The outside. Sunny Beach Resort Sunny Beach (Bulgarian: ??????? ????, Sl?nchev bryag, German: Sonnenstrand) is a resort on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, located approximately 35 km north of Burgas in Nesebar municipality, Burgas Province. It is the biggest and most popular holiday resort of the country, and is home to over 130 hotels with more than 60 000 beds. There are also 130 restaurants and numerous live music bars, pubs, nightclubs, discos, cafes... It has been undergoing continuous expansion for many years. In recent years almost the whole hotel base have been renovated and several new luxurious hotels have been built as well as many spectacular apartment complexes. Sunny Beach has a very small permanent population, but during the summer the resort is home to many thousands of tourists. The main strip of high-rise hotels backing onto the beach is several kilometres long and extends along a wide bay between Sveti Vlas and Nesebar. Some hotels at the Sunny Beach Resort. Nessebar Nessebar (Bulgarian: ???????, variously transliterated), previously known as Mesembria (Greek: Μεσημβρια and before that as Menebria, is an ancient city on the Black Sea coast of Bulgaria, located in Nesebar municipality, Burgas Province. In modern times, Nesebar is a major tourist attraction in what has become a popular area with several large resorts—the largest, Sunny Beach, is situated immediately to the north of Nesebar. Nesebar has on several occasions found itself on the frontier of a threatened empire, and as such it is a town with a rich history. The ancient part of the town is situated on a peninsula (previously an island) connected to the mainland by a narrow man-made isthmus, and it bears evidence of occupation by a variety of different civilisations over the course of its existence. Its abundance of historic buildings prompted UNESCO to include Nesebar in its list of World Heritage Sites in 1983. Some old buildings: Well that's all!I hope you like it!

Here it is.Istanbul! The city for me that trully combines the old and historical with the new and modern! Istanbul (Turkish: ?stanbul, Greek: Κωνσταντινο?πολη Konstandinúpoli, historically known in English as Constantinople; see other names) is Turkey's most populous city, and its cultural and economic center. The city is the capital of the Province of Istanbul. It is located at 41° N 28° E, on the Bosphorus strait, and encompasses the natural harbor known as the Golden Horn (Turkish: Haliç, in the northwest of the country. Istanbul extends both on the European (Thrace) and on the Asian (Anatolia) side of the Bosphorus, and is thereby the only metropolis in the world which is situated on two continents. Istanbul is also the only city in the world which served as the capital to three different Empires: The Roman Empire (330-395), Byzantine Empire (395-1453) and the Ottoman Empire (1453-1923). In 1923, following the establishment of the Republic of Turkey, the capital was moved to Ankara. According to the 2000 census, the population is 8,803,468 (city proper) and 10,018,735 (metro area). The census bureau estimate for July 20, 2005 is 11,322,000 for the province, which is generally considered as the metropolitan area, making it one of the twenty largest metropolitan areas in the world. The city was chosen as the European Capital of Culture for 2010 (along with

The Eastern Europe countries are not rich like those in West Europe first because about in 1400 A.C. The Ottoman Empire ruled The Balkans so this part of Europe did not developed like , for example The U.K. or Germany. And second most of the Eastern Europe countries were communist countries.Eastern Europe is backwards but it's the part of Europe with the most history.I mean like Greece, Byzantium, Thracian Empire(for which is very little known) and other great countries and empires. The next city is Istanbul.

The first city is Sofia: Sofia (Bulgarian: ?????) is the capital and largest city of the Republic of Bulgaria, with a population of 1,246,791, and some 1,377,761 in the metropolitan area, the Capital Municipality. It is located in western Bulgaria, at the foot of the mountain massif Vitosha, and is the administrative, cultural, and industrial centre of the country. One of the oldest capital cities in Europe, the history of Sofia dates back to the 8th century BC, when Thracians established a settlement there. Sofia has had several names in the different periods of its existence, and remnants of the city's millenary history can still be seen today alongside modern landmarks. Here are some good pictures: A view of Sofia with the snow-capped peaks of Vitosha rising in the background. The centre of the city is well-known for being paved with yellow Viennese cobblestones. The Alexander Nevsky Cathedral is one of the largest Eastern Orthodox churches in the world. Front view of the National Palace of Culture. In addition to older architecture, Sofia also boasts a number of modern buildings — Mall of Sofia, Sofia Tower and the first IMAX cinema in Southeastern Europe are shown here. The transportation: The Central Bus Station. Front view of the renovated Central Railway Station in Sofia. A Bulgarian State Railways Siemens AG Desiro Train at the Station. The Sofia Metro. That's All from Sofia.I think it's a nice city. P.S. I'm sorry for all the mistakes in the text I made.

In some eastern - European countries the highways are really bad like in Romania, Macedonia and Albania, but in my country (Bulgaria) there are few highways, but they are in very good condition.A month ago was released another part of the Trakia highway which connects one of the biggest cities in Bulgaria - Sofia - Plovdiv - Bourgas.
